Learning how to eat right for your mind, body and soul can be one of life’s most valuable gifts. We all have a relationship with food, all day every day since infancy. Like any relationship, it can be wonderfully complex and requires love and care and understanding. Bad habits, poor body image, stress and fatigue as well as any number of emotional issues, can result in a less than optimal relationship with food that ultimately robs you of your vitality.

Forging a good, sustainable, manageable relationship with food is not about following a diet.

Eating and developing the right diet or eating plan is part of it of course, but the work is also about developing the right mindset. Convenience, habit, boredom, cravings, feelings, location, tradition, social conditioning, ever-changing diet and health recommendations, food and lifestyle trends that come and go…We are sums of all these parts. I can teach you the fundamentals of what’s healthy and optimal for you. And maybe you’ll go from there. Or you’ll want to dig deeper and commit to what I like to think of as the real work, identifying, understanding and learning to manage the triggers, behaviours and patterns personal to you that drive your relationship with food and impact your lifestyle choices.
